The Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School provides a nationally and internationally recognised specialist program for the training of talented young dancers and musicians.
A full performance program is a significant aspect of life as a dance or music student at the VCA Secondary School and students perform at a number of professional venues throughout the year. This includes among others the Arts Centre, National Gallery of Victoria, St John's Church at Southgate, The Iwaki Auditorium at the ABC Centre, Grant Street Theatre and the Merlyn Malthouse Theatre. Music students involvement in competitions will be carefully managed by their instrumental teacher in consultation with the Head of Music. |

SPX Waterdale Players Inc. (WATERDALE) is a youth based theatre group formed in 2004 which provides opportunities for Melbourne youth to develop their skills and further their involvement in all aspects of theatre performance and production in a supportive and professional environment.
Our typical age range is between 17 and 26 but we have had both older and younger members in our productions.
WATERDALE is a non-for-profit incorporation run by a committee of voluntary members and abides by both a mission statement and constitution. |

Windmill Theatre Company Inc is a non-professional theatre company.
They perform two musicals a year. They are a non profit organisation bound by our constitution.
The Company started in 1968 as Westernport Light Opera Society, performing in Koo Wee Rup and in the years that followed, shows have been performed in many different theatres and halls as far away as Wangaratta. The name changed to Westernport Theatre Company (WTC) and more recently to Windmill Theatre Company.
The Company has always produced a variety of shows, trying to cater for all performers, whether they are actors, singers or dancers. |

Established in 2013 by Artistic Director Liane Keegan and Music Director Patrick Burns, XL Arts Inc. is a company dedicated to the development of the craft of becoming an Opera singer. Liane and Patrick saw the need to provide a professional development opportunity to fill the gap between singers ending their studies at university and developing the skills needed to become a performer.
By providing this artistically stimulating environment it gives the artists a blank canvas in which to explore, grow and XL. |
